TUMBLING CLASSES

CLASS DESCRIPTION:    

Does your child want to learn tumbling either for cheerleading, strength training or just for fun, sign up for any of our weekly tumbling classes.  We offer Preschool tumbling ages 3-5 years old, we also offer beginner to advanced tumbling classes.  Each class is 50 minutes long, variety of times and days to choose from.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Your child will have 30 minutes one on one instruction with a coach to work on specific skills.  Must be enrolled in a class in order to sign up for privates.

COMPETITIVE ALL-STAR CHEERLEADING TEAMS

CLASS DESCRIPTION:    

Your child must tryout for one of these teams.  Tryouts are held once a year typically in May.  Should your child miss tryouts, please call the gym to schedule an individual evaluation.  These teams do travel out of town for competitions, typically no more than 4-6 hrs distance within the season; they additionally compete at various events in the St. Louis driving area. Team members commit to a year long program when they tryout! We have many fundraising opportunities, and events throughout the season to help those who need to offset the expenses. A typical season runs May thru April. Attendance is mandatory at all practices.

COMPETITIVE ALL-STAR HIP HOP TEAMS

RECREATIONAL CHEERLEADING SQUAD

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

If your child loves to do cheerleading and is not yet ready for an all-star team, this is the way to go. This class and or team is designed more for the love of cheerleading without the competition aspect. Classes are held weekly, instruction such as basics of cheer, motions, jumps and tumbling are taught.
